All on Mobile has cut down on a lot of work about work, now rather than our engineers having to rely on job sheets to be faxed to them they can pull their work list up on their mobile device before they have left home and go straight to the first job. They also don’t need to go into the office at the end of the day to finish job sheets. This has led to massive savings in time and fuel allowing for a more productive day. Because all the work orders are now digital there are a number of benefits that come from this, the ability to search through hundreds of job sheets at a near instant speed for one!

When it came time to look at alternatives at contract renewal time, the price and service I’d received since working with Code Blue made me retain them as a supplier. As an existing customer, the challenge was in the migration from one contract to another. While there were one or two delays caused by network providers, I was able to trust Codeblue to handle the issues for me.

We don’t want for much just an easy life with phones that work. When we had an issue with BT Codeblue stepped in with a floating number – something BT never offered. You leave us alone but are always there when we need you.

I have dealt with Russell Goldthorpe and he has always provided a professional and prompt response to PQS Surveys telecommunication issues. Dealing with Codeblue avoids me having to deal with third parties. I just need a good fair deal and the key for me is a quick and hassle free response. I can pick up the phone and know that Russell will get it sorted and one less thing for me to have to deal with.
